Online Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with the products purchased from our online store. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with it, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that the product must be in a re-saleable condition, which means that it still has its original packaging and it has not been used.
Where the product is deemed to be faulty, please contact us so that we can assist you and provide you with a replacement product or refund if appropriate.

Unless the product is faulty, please be aware that you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning it to us. The product must reach us within 14 days of you indicating that you would like to return it.
This policy does not apply to products which we have personalised for you (for example our Private Label products) unless they are faulty. Nothing in this returns policy is intended to affect your legal rights as a consumer. For further details, please read our Terms of Sale.
